Our Wellbeing Journey Starts Here

Mapping a New Path for Wellbeing

Wellbeing isn’t an endpoint—it’s an unfolding landscape full of uncharted possibilities.

Gen Z, Millennials, it’s time for you to own your wellbeing. You’ve already challenged outdated norms and shown up for each other in ways that matter.

Now you have the opportunity to make a wellbeing map that goes beyond your own journey. You’re not just exploring what works for you— you’re helping to discover wellbeing pathways for everyone.

We are a community of Gen Z and Millennials who care about a happy future.

We’re working on something really important—a map of every pathway to wellbeing.

Your input would make it so much better. Care to join?

Current Focus: Rest Island

Rest is super important so the community is currently focusing on mapping it out.

In particular, we are looking at the impact that sleep quality (good and bad sleep), fatigue, relaxation, and deep rest days have on our happiness and wellbeing.

To reward the community, we are drawing 3x $100 prizes at the end of each month. To find out how to join our Rest Island exploration and enter the monthly draw, use the button.

How To Make a Wellbeing Map

Streams
Need to track specific activities or routines? Add a Stream to track its impact on your wellbeing.

Step 1: Explore Your Own Wellbeing Path
Every day, the community explores different wellbeing pathways—called Streams—using the WellStream app, designed to help us map what works.

Step 2: Track What You’re Trying
WellStream lets you track how different activities influence your happiness and wellbeing. For example, let’s say you are trying yoga.

Step 3: Watch Your Clarity Grow
As you continue practicing yoga, the app shows you how it’s affecting your wellbeing. The more you do it, the clearer the picture becomes.

Step 4: Share Your Stream
Once you’ve built a clear Stream, screenshot it and send it our way. We’ll combine your insights with others who’ve explored the same path.

Step 5: Help Guide Future Explorers
When someone else is thinking about trying yoga, they can check the map and see how it worked for others—making it easier to choose their next wellbeing path.

Build the Map Together

By sharing our discoveries, we help each other navigate wellbeing with more confidence, clarity, and care.

Generational on Purpose

Wellbeing isn’t something we figure out alone—it’s a shared mission, built together.

This mission is being accomplished exclusively by Millennials and Gen Z. It isn’t for Gen X and Boomers, because those generations grew up in different circumstances.

If you are aged 18-39 and living in Aotearoa New Zealand, then we would like to invite you to join our community of Wellbeing Explorers and contribute to the wellbeing map.

Getting started is entirely free.
