This is what the WellStream app does: it visually shows you what the different parts of your life may be doing for your mental wellbeing. It can help you to identify the most wonderful, and most toxic, Streams in your life so you can confidently design a lifestyle full of happiness and wellbeing.

Using the app is simple – just plug in the stuff that you do each day and it will figure out which things in your life are positive and negative for your mental wellbeing. It takes less than a minute each day, and is totally customised to you.
